About the platform
What is CoachCorrie.ai? A platform built for executive coaches. It captures coaching-session artefacts (always with consent), helps the coach prepare and reflect, and produces the Executive Performance Index — a living view of an engagement's progress and value, exportable as sponsor-ready reports. The coach stays the coach; the platform is an assistant.
What is an "Executive Athlete"? Our term for the executive being coached. High performers train deliberately, review their performance honestly, and work with a coach on purpose — like athletes.
Your data and privacy
Where is my data stored? In the European Union (AWS EU region). The platform is built GDPR-first: EU data residency is an architectural decision, not an afterthought.
Who can see my session data? Think of it as a bank: every coach's practice is its own vault, and every engagement is its own safety-deposit box inside that vault. No other coach, no other Executive Athlete, and no other engagement can reach it — this isolation is enforced in the platform's architecture at multiple layers. Sponsors never see session content.
Is my data used to train AI models? No. Never. Client data is never used to train any AI model. This is a standing invariant of the platform, not a settings default.
How long is my data kept, and can I have it deleted? Retention and erasure follow the engagement contract and GDPR, including your rights to access and erasure; some records are retained where the law requires it. The Privacy Policy sets out the schedule and the legal bases. For any data request, write to admin@coachcorrie.ai.
Who represents CoachCorrie.ai in the European Union? Paragon Consulting FZE, which operates CoachCorrie.ai, is established in the United Arab Emirates. Prighter EU Rep GmbH, Schellinggasse 3/10, 1010 Vienna, Austria acts as our representative in the Union: under Article 27 of the GDPR for data protection, and under Article 22 of the EU AI Act for the AI obligations. How the AI works
Does AI write the coaching reports? AI drafts; the coach decides. Nothing AI-generated reaches an Executive Athlete or a sponsor until the coach has reviewed and approved it — this sign-off gate is built into the platform. AI-assisted content is disclosed as such, and every rendered output carries machine-readable marking of AI involvement.
Will the AI replace my coach? No. The platform exists to make a human coach better-informed, better-prepared, and better-evidenced — not to substitute for the coaching relationship.
What will the AI never do? It never makes clinical or psychological diagnoses (concerns outside coaching's competence are referred to qualified professionals). It never invents evidence — where the record is silent, it says so. It never attributes more of a business result to coaching than its conservative attribution rules allow. And it never cites a source it has not verified.
The methodology and intellectual property
What knowledge is the platform built on? A curated methodology corpus: the practice's published books and coaching manual, and an evidence library of published research maintained under a verified-citations discipline — every citation is checked against scholarly registries, and the library is audited on a recurring schedule for retractions and errors.
Were the AI agents trained on these materials? No. No model is trained or fine-tuned on the corpus. The agents are general-purpose AI models that consult the corpus at the moment of use — retrieving the relevant passages and paraphrasing them into their own words. Original texts are never reproduced in outputs.
How are authors' intellectual-property rights protected? Three ways. The corpus is used under ownership or licence. The agents paraphrase — they do not reproduce or redistribute the original texts. And because no model is trained on the materials, the works never become part of any AI model's weights, here or anywhere else.
Working together
What does my sponsor or employer see? Progress and value evidence that the coach chooses to share, always within what the engagement contract allows and with the Executive Athlete's knowledge — never session content. Where return-on-investment is shown, it is always presented as a conservative-to-stretch range, never a single number.
Why is the price so high? Because the price is positioning, not cost recovery. The platform serves a small number of already-successful executive coaches rather than the broadest possible market — fewer users, better service. Executive coaching at this level is a five-figure engagement, so the subscription is a small fraction of the value of a single engagement, and it carries the coach's sponsor-facing evidence and return-on-investment case. Price is also only one of two gates: every coach passes an application and an individual review before any account exists. Current prices are published on the pricing page.
Is the price negotiable? If you're not already successful enough that this is a very small investment compared to your coaching income, or committed enough to stretch yourself into the executive coaching league where this is a drop in your bucket, then this probably isn't for you. We won't negotiate the price, but you can feel free to contact us if you still have questions about value.
How do I join as a coach? Apply through the sign-up page. Applications are reviewed and approved individually.
