Pricing

Version pricing-1.3 - 2026-08-11

One plan, for a working practice

USD 500 per month, per coach. Includes up to 10 active Executive Athletes. Everything the platform does is included: session capture, preparation and reflection, the Executive Performance Index, and sponsor-ready reporting. There are no tiers and no feature gates.

USD 50 per month for each additional active Executive Athlete. An Executive Athlete is active when they have an engagement that is not archived. The count is taken at your billing date. Mid-month changes are never prorated, and your billing page always shows the count before renewal.

Annual billing, in two sizes

USD 5,000 per year, up to 12 active Executive Athletes. Two months free against the monthly price, and the additional-athlete charge is already inside: the price covers up to 12 active Executive Athletes, two beyond the monthly plan's included 10, with nothing further to pay.

USD 10,000 per year, up to 25 active Executive Athletes. The same idea at practice scale: one figure covering up to 25 active Executive Athletes, additional-athlete charges included up to that count, nothing further to pay.

An annual subscription is never charged for growing past its included count. If your active count passes 12 or 25, your billing page says so plainly and offers the next size up; nothing changes until you choose it.

More than 25 active Executive Athletes is an enterprise practice. At that scale the right price comes out of a conversation, not a price list. Use the Talk to us button below and tell us about your practice.

Why is the price so high?

Let's let Dr. Corrie answer this one:

The price is doing the job for you as your fees do for your coaching clients. I set it to signal what this is and who it's for, which makes the number part of the product, rather than a recovery of what the product cost me to build. Unlike other coaching products that are built for mass-market, CoachCorrie is designed for a niche within a niche: high-performance executive coaches at Tier-1 level.

Since we're both coaches, I hope you'll value my candor here. This pricing only looks high if you're not all that successful as an executive coach, or if you don't think you can be. For the level of executive coach that this product serves, the pricing should reflect no more than 20% of your revenue from a single annual coaching engagement.

If you're not there yet, then consider the possibility that once CoachCorrie has proven your value, your ROI multiples may convince a CFO-sponsor to add a zero to your fees. At that point, the subscription will feel like the tip you cheerfully leave after a Michelin meal.

I built this for a small number of already-successful coaches rather than the broadest possible market. Fewer users, better service. Stronger differentiation for you: Powered by CoachCorrie. You become the product once you're in.

Executive coaching at this level is a five-figure engagement. The subscription costs a fraction of one of them, and it carries the sponsor-facing evidence and the return-on-investment case that win you the next one. Price is also only one of two gates, so being wealthy isn't a guarantee. Every coach passes an application process, and my own personal review, before an account exists at all.
