The idea
CoachCorrie.ai is an assistant coach, not an AI coach. The coach stays the coach: every judgement, every conversation, every deliverable that reaches an Executive Athlete or a sponsor is the coach's. What the platform does is turn the record of your coaching into the evidence of your coaching — session synthesis, progress reporting, the Executive Performance Index, and a return-on-investment case a sponsor can interrogate.
Capture
Coaching happens in conversation, so the platform meets you where the conversation is recorded. Session capture works through the tools coaches already use — including Fireflies, Otter, and Granola — plus generic transcript formats and document upload (Word, PDF, PowerPoint, text, and spreadsheets). Capture always happens with consent; consent is part of onboarding, not an afterthought.
The knowledgebase
Every engagement's material lands in its own sealed knowledgebase. Think of a bank: your practice is its own vault, and each engagement is its own safety-deposit box inside that vault. No other coach and no other engagement can reach it, and the separation is enforced in the platform's architecture at multiple layers — not by policy documents. Sponsors never see session content.
The agents
A team of specialized AI agents works inside that sealed space: preparing you for sessions, synthesising what happened, drafting report sections, and building the ROI analysis. The agents consult the practice's methodology corpus at the moment of use and paraphrase it into their own words; no model is ever trained or fine-tuned on the corpus — or on your engagement data, or on anyone's.
They also work under standing rules. They never make clinical or psychological assessments; concerns outside coaching's competence are referred to qualified professionals. They never invent evidence — where the record is silent, they say so. They never attribute more of a business result to coaching than conservative attribution rules allow. And they never cite a source they have not verified.
The Executive Performance Index
The EPI is a living, coach-only dashboard of an engagement: domains and goals, progress month by month, coachability, the tools used, and the value delivered. When it is time to show a sponsor, the same content exports as polished Word and PowerPoint reports — in English or Arabic. Where return on investment is shown, it is presented as a conservative-to-stretch range, never a single number.
The sign-off gate
Nothing AI-drafted reaches an Executive Athlete or a sponsor until the coach has reviewed and approved it. That gate is built into the platform, not into a policy. AI-assisted content is disclosed as such, and every rendered output carries machine-readable marking of AI involvement.
Your data
Data lives in the European Union (AWS EU region), and the platform is built GDPR-first. Engagement data is never used to train any AI model. Retention and erasure follow the engagement contract and GDPR; the Privacy Policy sets out the schedule, and admin@coachcorrie.ai handles any data request.
